Orpington & Cray Valley ABC currently has just one coach running the club. Olly Rutherford, who has done an excellent job keeping the club going this season with no help, believes that the lack of coaches is inevitably going to have a negative effect on the clubs boxers. 'Currently I'm having to take both Juniors and Seniors at the same time... keeping all the lads focused while taking sparring is very difficult and with no one to look after the club while I'm not there I can't take my boxers to other clubs for spars.'
